JOINT SEALANT APPLICATION

The Rushes Shopping Centre - Loughborough

We were instructed by Highland Loughborough Limited to carry out remedial works at the above shopping centre. There were problems with water ingress through the upper car park deck and expansion joints.

We installed new mechanical joints in the car park deck, lifting piazza paving slabs and installing waterproofing systems and jointing, drainage systems and non-slip surfacing on pedestrian ramps.

The contract period of six months was met and the centre manager was very happy with our site personnel especially as the centre was in use for the duration of our works.
