THE TOUGH & PRACTICAL CHOICE
FOR ANYWHERE A SAFE INDUSTRIAL FLOOR SYSTEM IS NEEDED

We are proud to be members of the Resin Flooring Association (FeRFA).

FeRFA represents the leading contractors and specialist flooring providers within the UK. IRL fully subscribes to their Code of Practice which means that we operate to very high standards and have quality assurance and rigorous staff training schemes in place.

A FLOOR THAT WILL LAST

IRL will carefully formulate a total flooring system that’s perfectly bonded to the underlying surface whether it’s steel, wood or concrete. The resins are professionally applied in layer. The system includes primers and coatings to ensure a strong bond.

A FLOOR THAT’S FIT FOR PURPOSE

Epoxy floor coatings have many benefits. They are seamless, hygienic and chemical resistant. This type of flooring is easy to clean, looks great and requires little maintenance. Epoxy resin systems have very fast curing times and we can install a complete flooring system with minimum disruption or down time for your business.

NEED YOUR FLOOR REPAIRING?

We will be happy to advise where it is most practical to repair or relay your flooring or decking. IRL use the latest techniques in concrete repair and corrosion inhibition.

DRAINAGE

IRL is one of the few flooring contractors who can offer drainage channels as part of our resin flooring service. Getting drainage right is vital to make sure that areas such as car park decks can be used safely in all weathers.

Drainage channels and waterproofing systems can be used inside and out. Whether you have a new project or need advice about repair to an area where leaks or standing water causes problems, we can help.

MAKE SURE YOUR FLOOR IS BS 8204-6

A vital part of any resin flooring system is to ensure the correct products are used and resins are applied to the correct thickness.

IRL adheres to British Standard 8204-6, the classification system for different types of resin floor.

Take a look at the classification table or let us advise you on which products you may need.
