Quinn Glass.

One of our Clients Quinn Glass has recently opened a brand new state of the art bottling plant in Cheshire. IRL were chosen by Quinn to install the 21,000 sq m resin flooring system because of our success with previous projects of this nature and the level of technical expertise we were able to bring to the project.

The floor was prepared using a water based epoxy primer, followed by a heavy duty water based polyurethane resin system to a depth of 6mm and coloured to the client’s specification. The surface is extremely durable, can withstand regular high pressure steam cleaning, is resistant to slip and is easy to maintain.

The screeding was completed within a tight 6 week timescale. Quinn Glass are highly delighted with the system and with IRL’s ability to operate within a time critical overall project schedule, delivering a top quality finished product which is also probably the largest polyurethane resin screed single floor area of its type in Europe.
