PUMP COMES UP TRUMPS!!!

The revolutionary technology of the M-TEC M300 Pump Screed Machine makes it a mixing pump of the next machine generation.

Until today, single stage mixers have been needed for both the dosing and the mixing processes. Now, the M300 can concentrate entirely on the actual task of pumping.

This is made possible by our single chamber mixing utilising the wet sump principle, which provides a particularly high-quality mix of the materials. In addition this technology guarantees a steady consistency in the mixing chamber, thereby eliminating thick-thin fluctuations.

The easy cleaning of the PU components is also a significant advantage. Caked-on material is a thing of the past, substantially increasing the lifetime of the pump and mixing shaft at the same time.

BULWELL PRECISION ENGINEERING

IRL have done a superb job at Bulwell Precision Engineering, Nottingham using the MTec 300 Pump Screed Machine. The two areas of uneven floors were made into a smooth work surface, one being the steel store at 900 square metres and the production area at 1350 square metres.

The works were undertaken in phases to ensure Bulwell Precision could carry on with there manufacturing process. All areas were completed in the programme times and made no disruption to the clients operations.

IRL had no problem in carrying out preparation works out of hours to ensure noise was kept to a minimum during Bulwell Presicion Engineering working times. SHAYLOR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED

IRL have been chosen by Shaylors as Main Contractor for their project at Minworth Industrial Park. The 40,000 square metres floor is being completed using Flowscreed Industrial Top Screed sealed with a Flowscreed SF41 anti-slip system.

Another top job resulting in Contract being completed on time whilst normal production levels carry on without interference.
